I had a nav system installed by dealer in my 2012 Camry hybrid. There is power to it but all I get is the Toyota screen going on and off, radio doesn't work or the CD player How do you fix this?

Try disconnecting battery for a few minutes then hook it back up. Seems to make the console reset and reboot. Worked on my 2009 Camry. If that doesn't work then it could be a loose or dirty connector. Good luck

A bumping noise in the steering wheel when you turn it

caused by the power steering pump, a small price to pay to pay for light steering at slow speed. you'll find most cars with steer assist tend to make some additional noise when the pump is being called on.... if the pump is faulty and eventually gives in, the worst that'll happen is being stubborn (heavy) to turn slow corners or while parking.

Can water pump problem cause engine problem?

driving a car with no water in the engine generally causes major engine failure as from your description the dealer will only fit new engine so find an accredited service center who has experience on your make of car get quotes to fit service exchange engines from reputable engine reconditioner or good engines from wreckers or junk yards You can get good rear ended write offs where the engine has not been affected and has low miles on the clock

If check hybrid system indicate

It could have something to do with the regenerative power system. When you apply the brake in hybrids, it redirects energy from the braking system back into the charging system. It could have a battery issue. or The transitional system from the electric to combustion drive could have some intermittency. But, with hybrids, you really need to have it checked out. If there is a battery problem, it could cause a lot of damage. Sorry I could give a more solid answer. I'd need to know more symptoms of the car while driving.

No idea but if your in the EEC then this vehicle should not have been re-registered as it has no europeon certificate of homoglonation for the europeon market ,even in the Uk which is so lax about paperwork that it needs some spanish beurocrats to put it in line regarding paperwork ,like identy cards with fingerprint and photo on ,X in front of the number to identfy non nationals and a goverment policy to only employ british nationals in all govermental posts and not this silly positive discrimination in favour of imigrants .Opps musnt sound like a right wing extremist but i am only stating the true facts about living in spain

How do i check the transmission fluid

see the operators guide, in glove box. read it. if it shows you how to do it. bingo, if not , like many newer cars, there is no dip stick tube. If doing DIY and are serious,. buy the FSM or at the very least this. http://www.fixya.com/answer/answerpageslideview.aspx?ctg=231&fml=0&brd=1071&thid=22401256 what do we, do, we open the hood and look. simple check its there or not, if not sure, look at side of tranny see any dip tube.,? Y/N BINGO. btw, some years, 1/2 are and 1/.2 are not. so, looking works.
