If this is a diesel L or L2 engine chances are you've got trapped air in the steel lines from the injection pump to the injectors loosen- but do not remove- the fitting holding the fuel lines to the injector start/crank the engine until fuel spurts out the loose fittings. tighten fittings. start the engine. this will have the engine running if the problem is trapped air.

all diesel fuel lines purged of air and at spec pressure
good fuel pumps.
glow plugs not dead,(all)
get the service manual and it covers injector changes steps.
fuse good? to pumps. (lift pumps etc) many pumps can not pump air so must be primed.

MY 01 Nissan Altima does not want to start.

Sounds like either the fuel pressure regulator or a clogged fuel filter.
