Idle air control valve might be stuck shut. I'd try replacing that.

Try this solution :In the motor, under air collector, you can see a fuel high pressure pump.Unscrew the in/out pipes and get out the two little filters in it.Perhaps can you or no,after, put a normal external fuel filter.Thank's . Jacques

Hello, my car type is mitsubishi pajero- GDI, it happen sometimes has got heated and then going off. aim make some services like changing of plugs, checking fuel and coil but the problems still...

Damas, If this vehicle is a japanese or singapore import then your fault will probably be in the hi pressure fuel pump, if it is a v 6 mounted on the back of the engine in the Vee....NOT THE LOW PRESS PUMP IN TANK.. ,remove the pump and you will find small funnel micron fuel filters in the inlet and outlet's of the pump (3)...... be care full how you remove them.... use an "easy out" used for removing broken bolts in holes,of the correct size, and when removed..... THROW AWAY......... refit the pump and it should be bob's your uncle and off you go and enjoy the vehicle....... Steve Botswana.
