Check the brake fluid level in the master cylinder. If it's low or empty refill it and check for a leak. If the master cylinder is full of fluid the cylinder itself could be bad.

I can't get the brakes to bleed

Do you have someone slowly pressing on brake
pedal,as you open the bleeder valve & close before
the pedal reaches the floor & repeat 8 times or so

You never pump brakes when driving or bleeding

Do not let the master run dry or you start over

I never had that issue in 48 years & I have no special
abilities

When i push my break pedal down it will go to the floor is this beceause i need new pads

If the pedal goes all the way to the floor you have air in your lines somewhere. If the pedal is soft and spongy then there is air in the lines. Start checking around the inside of your tires, and up near your Brake Booster and Master Cylinder

I have to push brake pedal to the floor almost to get truck to slow down, i have new brake pads and rotors also i have no leaks in brake lines any idea why i have no brake pedal

it could be a brake booster problem or a master cylinder problem. If the rear brakes are shoe brakes try to adjust them. If not then you'll have to determine if it's a bad booster or master. Did you some how get air into the hydrolic system

2001 silverado changed rotors and break still brake pedal goes to floor and makes noise randomly 96000 miles

This will be in the rear, right? The rear are what gives you brake pedal height,so check the rear, this is the most likely cause.

'98 silverado 1500: anti-lock brakes were engaging just by turning the wheel, I replaced;calipers, flex hoses, wheel cylinders, bled them and pedal still goes to floor. Now what?

why did you change the calibers, hoses, wheel cylinders, they have nothing to do with the abs pump kicking on.Did you have a pedal before you changed all those parts?
