You will need the code . if you have you have your manual the factory code will be in it on a separate paper probably! could also be in your radio instructions! if you dont have these books you need to go to a hyundai dealer . does it come on and then go off ? if no lights at all in the screen it could be a fuse ! that is also in the book .if no book there are a number of sites on the web that will give you the layout of where they are, and which one is your radio fuse. hope this helps, and i am sorry i cant be more specific good luck, regards terry
Pull out main fuse in fusebox,,, mine a yellow looking contraption, plug it back in , radio should work
It could be a fuse issue. I tried replacing the radio twice after dead battery issues and after hours and hours of work finally realized that there are TWO audio fuses. Replaced and blown fuse and hopefully all my cuss words weren't saved!
SOURCE: I have a 2008 Hyundai Sonata and my radio won't power on.
have you tryed checking the fuse for the radio?

Usually answered in minutes!
With your key in the ignition, do not turn it, open the fuse panel by the drivers side door, pull out the 30amp P/CONN fuse at the very bottom (mine was in a weird yellow casing) then plug it back in. The disk drive of the radio should make a noise. Now start your Tuscon and turn on your radio.
