There is a bulletin about foreign objects in the adjusters. The repair is to check the sensors, if they are ok, to then replace the adjuster and timing chains.
simplest answer is to get it on a diagnostic computer asap,that way no one is guessing......(its also the cheapest way to go.)generally when the dealer plugs the car in,if its simple they will phone you and say.........then its upto you whether they fit a bit or you do it yourself....
you will need to remove both rear tail lights remove the screws on top and under bottom and in the fender wells there will be a lot of screws when you get done
