2011 chevy 2500hd looking for the 5th wheel wiring hook up

Could need a Bette earth

there might be a wire inside the plug shorting out, it could of happened over time when unplugging, i mean pulling on the wire to unplug it instead of pulling on the plug.

Your caddy has Electronic throttle control ,drive by wire ! Do you know what this is ? You gas pedal ,if you look at it has wires connected to it .These wires hook up to the engine computer ,the engine computer has more wires that hook up to a dc electric motor under the hood on the throttle body which open an close the throttle plate ,which makes the vehicle go faster or slow down !

Are there any messages on your dash REDUCED POWER ? Check engine light lit ?

its in the side of your door or intheengine compartment,

the green wire is the right signal wire,the brown wire is for the park lights,the yellow wire is for the left signal

You may have disconnected / or moved a broken wire to the ABS wheel sensor during the brake job. Also taking the brake fluid cap off and checking the fluid level, and just reseating the cap may turn off the code. Check these things first, check the wires to the wheel sensors check the fluid in the reservoir, reservoir top fit, and any wires / plugs at the brake ABS master cylinder. If all else fails have some one read the code.

Hi: under the hood in the power distribution box there is a 40 Amp fuse that has to be installed to power up the trailer package. When standing looking from the front left fender it should be at the front right corner, refer to the power distribution diagram on the cover. As well under the box by the spare tire is a plug in type module mounted on the frame. There should be 2 wire harnesses located there, make sure the correct plug in is connected.
