Hi and welcome to FixYa!

Pretty much a suspension bushing problem. If the lower suspension bushing is worn out, it tends to make a creaky noise. Once replace you'll be good.

Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

Lots of video help in the link. Some vehicles have a shim kit which you have to buy as an extra part kit. Mine does.

What is squeaky noise

Check your brake pads first. While jacked up to do so, see if there's any play in the wheel by pulling out on the bottom of the tire. Any movement at all means the spindle nut is loose and making the brakes rub and causing a noise. Remove the spindle dust cover, the cotter pin, snug the nut and put it back together.be sure the cotter pin holes are lined up to put it back in.

Creaky sound upon tapping brake, and brown right rear tire

Looks like you need to change the brake pads sooner than later, the brown residue is the brake dust and the burning smell might be the dust hitting the the tyre.
