There are a couple of likely areas: the starter drive, and flywheel teeth. Pull the starter and get it bench tested. Look in the hole where the starter goes in and look for worn or broken teeth.... Hopefully a starter drive as flywheel replacement is a big job.

Whats a cilinoid?

It's spelled solenoid. It is a coil of wire that draws in a steel plug when activated.
Most commonlly used on a starter to pull the drive gear into the flywheel.

No power to the exiter wire on the starter cilinoide

starters are simple, big cable supplies direct power from battery. little wire gets power from starter relay after ignition switch is turned to on position. relay is located under hood in relay box on left fender.car safety neutral switch also has to be aligned and good try starting in neutral.

Car would not start, changed 5yr old battery. 1wk later same thing. alternator checked out ok. belt and tensioner ok. Seems to happen when car is warm. any ideas?

Same thing happened to mine. Turned out to be my starter. If you know where the starter is and the starter cilinoid (sp), take a metal rod (think the detachable handle for a nice automobile jack) and tap on it from above or below (it's kinda deep in there) and have someone try to start it while doing that. If that solves your problem, your starter's your problem. (Even if that trick doesn't work, it's still possible your starter's your problem.)

Starter will not turn with ignition key

some are fused and has relay. check fuse and relays. replace with the same type, you could try to interchange the relays if they are of the same type.
