Here's a list of many early-1990s Toyota radio codes.
And here is more on how to put them in.
Please share these with anyone you know who has an older Toyota. Dealerships want like $45 to put these codes in and if you're driving a classic Toyota, it's probably not because you have money to throw around. Can't stop the signal. These are .jpg images that can be saved, shared, uploaded to message boards and generally set free for the improvement of everyone.
(If this is helpful, please consider adopting your next pet from a shelter rather than buying one. Rescue dogs, cats and rabbits are awesome.)
Hi Sabrina..... You need a code to get them back on. If you don't have it in your manual you will have to go to a toyota dealership to get the code for your car. Copy down your vin number from the lower front windshield in front of the driver, read from outdoors. Joe
Sure, the radio and clock on the radio should be programmed with a 'code' available from the dealer, or in some cases from the owner's section of the Toyota website, depending on the year.
Check with Toyota on this issue.
Sometimes, when a battery is changed, the reentry of a code for the radio can be averted by using a 'memory saver' which plugs into the cig. lighter and preserves the memory of the radio.
Good luck on this reprogramming of your antitheft radio.
