There are three temperature sensors on a 95 Previa engine. They are located on the left front side of the engine. The lower one is somwhat accessable from under the vehicle but access to the other two will require removal of the passenger seat and the access cover under the seat.
The fuse panel is located on TOP of the center of the dash, just above the AC controls. The D shaped cover lifts off. Under the front lip of the large D shaped cover, right in the center is a button, push the button while lifting up and pulling rearward. All of your fuses and relays are located underneath, as well as your OBD connector.
The connector would be located under the steering wheel in the mess of wireing under there, it should be cleary labeled and the only main harness not plugged in.
The fuel pump relay is always one of these two places, either under the steering colum to the left of the break pedal in the fuse/relay box or it would be under the hood of the car on the driver side also in a fuse/relay box.
