Most likely a blown fuse. Fuse box will be either under the dash by the steering wheel or under the hood. Once you find it, remove the cover and on the back there is a diagram showing the corresponding part to each fuse. If you don't see a fuse that says " radio" or "fan" or something that resembles it, you can do two things to find it. 1.) if Available, check vehicle manual under fuses, it will tell you which one 2.) if no manual is available, make sure vehicle is off and check all the fuses. (Sometimes manufacturers use weird names that the consumer would have never guessed it was to describe something so simple) You only have to check your garden variety fuses. There is no need to check the oddly shaped ones or the giant fuses. Radio fuses are common to burn out and easy to replace

Fan does not work, my aircon does not work fan for air conditioner does not work. checked fuse inside engine compartment, good

I just had the same problem on our 2000 Focus. The fan switch is bad. cost $20. at Auto Zone. Had to spend another $8 for the radio removal wires. Once radio is out, remove the four bolts that hold the cover on and then you can see the switch. take out the one screw that holds the switch in place and replace, put back together, should now work. However, the radio may not work now, something to do with a code. I'm working on that solution myself. good luck

Hello! I can not see any reason the AC would quit working after a battery disconnect...Lets start by checking fuses: 7 (16A) and D (16A)...Also, The refrigerant high pressure switch (left front of engine compartment) may be open...Check the Brown/White wire in its plug for a ground when AC is on...

The windshield wipers stopped working, the radio, and the air conidtioning only works on high. I am wondering if this sounds like a fuse problem.

The windshield wipers and the radio not working sounds like a fuse problem because a lot of times they are on the same fuse, but the A/C only working on high sounds like an issue with the fan speed control switch.

2003 chevy silverado air does not blow through vents. Condenser works. Pipes are cold. Fan works. Modular (next to fan) repalced to get fan to work. Heater air conditioner controls under radio replaced....

The air vents are control by vacuum line and or linkage.

Listen for hiss or feel for vacuum leak under the dash,

Feel for broken linkage(s) that are close to the vents.

WORK BACKWARD if you have small hands to feel out where is the missing link.

Aircondition not working....just blowing warm air.....fan is working

Either you are out of coolent or the compressor is not working.

First check the fuses, then lift the hood and have a friend turn the air on. The compressor should cycle, if not take it to a mechanic. If it does cycle you are low on freon, take it to a mechanic for a system charge. Make sure they check for leaks first.
