1.check the glove for a code, there might be a white sticker with the code on it.
2.with car on and radio off. hold down 1 and 6 on radio and turn it on while holding 1 and 6 down.
If you're luck, the radio will show you the audio SN#. The first half of the SN# will be display first and the second half will be display next.
3.you will have to remove the radio. The SN# printed on a sticker on the radio.
call your honda deale and give them the SN# and they will give you your audio code.
good luck

You'll have to pull the radio out and get the serial numbers off of it. You can then call a GM dealer (since they bought out Geo) and see if they can get you the unlock code for the radio.

SOURCE: need radio code after changing battery for z3
did you buy it from a dealer? or off of someone? if you bought it from a dealer, call them and give them the vin, and your name tell them you need the security code for the radio and they will normally give it to you, some might have you come there just so they can make sure it is you and not just someone calling with your info... if you bought it from someone, and have their info to transfer the title, contact them and ask them if they have the code cause normally they will.... if not then do the same as listed in the begining... cause most dealerships will have it on file..... or in the computer system... or have a generic code to get teh radio working....

the radio anti theft system is operated when, for any reason, the power is turned off/disconnected,(safe mode)in some markets, the dealers do not keep the factory code (0000) OR the code inputed by the owner...SO, if anybody turns the power off(disconnects)the radio DIES....and garages will then charge you to "repair" it.
the garage would have known this but i cant see them offering to pay for disconnecting your battery.....
the only alternative is a specialist radio shop who may be able to
short the code out..in england the company is "radioactive" and they charge £15.00 at your house.....
