Could be a fuse, check all fuses in all fuse boxes and if non are found bad... It could be anything from the control head to the rear blower motor of any thing in between. Does the rear fan work with the rear controls??

On my wifes 03' Yukon the rear air conditioning blows hot air no .... Pull the panel off and look at the hot/cold actuator shown in the picture.
Check control switches, power and grounds, and the 'blend door' operation. If you have a 'no heat' condition throughout the vehicle you should look to make sure the heater core is not plugged, and that the thermostat is operating properly, and that the coolant/antifreeze level is within spec.
That "thing" is part of the compressor clutch. When it’s spinning the clutch is engaged, when it stops the compressor is off. If it’s constantly cycling, you probably don’t have enough freon in the system. But remember, however the gas escaped before, it will escape again, unless you fix the leak.
This is something best done by a qualified repair shop . An yes it can have two different problems , not related ! Blower motors do go bad , or a control processor . Does it have manual or automatic HVAC . It would be to your benefit to have someone like this guy diagnose the problem . This is not for a rookie to try ! Diagnosing rear problems
There are seperate blowers for the front and rear air. It is most likely either your blower motor or the resistor, both located under the passenger side dash. I got a blower from a salvage yard for $25, But ended up having to get the resister from the dealership for about $130. Hope this helps.
