1992 Honda Accord Ex stick shift. has been either not starting or cutting off after it starts. If I wait about 10 mins., it will start again. I have replaced the starter the heat sensor unit and new battery. This occurs in all weather conditions.

Check your main relay. It powers the fuel pump and the ignition system. They are a known problem, with a high failure rate, on the 90-93 accords. I do believe it's worth checking.

What would cause my car to cut off while driving?

Sounds like a power relay or breaker that is getting weak. Over time electrical components break down from heat. Without having a schematic cant tell you where to look!

This is a common problem and that is the distributor, but before replacing i would have it checked, it sounds like its not sparking and causing a no start, next time it doesnt start check for spark at the plugs,it sounds like the module is heating up inside distributor and failing. then it cools and works fine.
