There is still the starter relay and the actual ignition switch to check. Either could've failed, preventing current from going to the starter while trying to crank the engine. Check them out.

My 1995 chrysler new yorker wont start. i turn key and get nothing. battery is charged and starter does not crank.

If the dash lights up, but no crank, it could be the anti-theft system, or the neutral safety switch, among other things.
Have you tried cranking it in neutral ? Do you have power at the starter post ?
Does everything else work when you turn the key on ?

you most likely have a lose or bad connection. clean and tighten clamps on battery. push them down and wiggle them while lose then tighten.

I have a 1995 honda accord and it just wont start , When i turn the key over to start it just wont turn over , i change the fuel pump and the starter is good .. it sounds like its trying to start but...

The contacts in the starter motor solenoid are worn, the clicking that you can hear is the solenoid being pulled in, but not making contact to allow the main battery voltage/current from getting to the starter motor. Their are 2 things you can do to get you out of trouble.

Rock the car back and forward whilst in gear, stop and try again.

Tap the side of the starter motor cover with a piece of wood or soft hammer. This will wiggle the contacts and allow for starting.

These may get the car up and running, but ultimately the contacts will have to be replace.

If you can find the starter motor, the solenoid is the small round or triangle box on top or to the side f the starter motor, usually with two small wires going to it.

My car won't start at all I just replaced the battery still nothing. It won't turn over at all..

Check to see IF the battery is fully charged, the cables are on the correct posts, also check the starter solenoid, the cable going to it..perhaps a fuse relay is used between the starter and key switch?? or bypass the key and use a jumper cable from ground to the starter itself, if it shows movement, the solenoid could be the problem?

Will not start

check the ignition fuse under the hood and also check the ignition relay, if this does not fix it you probably have a ground problem if you are not getting any power to anything

1995 honda accord won't start

Sounds either like the solenoid on the starter is bad or the starter its self.First try turning on your head lights and then trying to start it.If it starts then you have some bad connections either on the battery or the starter. next if that doesnt work Try hitting the starter with a hammer while someone else cranks it.If it starts then the starter is bad..

98 honda accord wont start took starter to shop which passed the test. Need to know what other problem it could be...key turns all the way lights, radio all that comes on but wont start?

check your starter relay. if the starter passed the test at the shop check to see if you are getting signal to your solenoid on the starter it shoul be the little post when you turn the key to the crank position, check to see if you have power at the big post which comes from your battery, check your grounds. check your fuses see if you have a crank fuse or an ignition fuse.
