Our code is in the glove box on a sticker.

Press and hold 1 & 6 on the radio and turn the power on. The numbers between the letters will be your serial number. Should be 8 digits total. Then the dealer or on Honda Owner's website should tell you the reset code

The only way to get the code is giving the serial number off the radio to the loacl Honda dealer. They can then look it up through Honda's radio code database. If you remove the radio yourself, they might not charge to give you the code.

2004 Honda odessy Took in for a recall, radio has not worked since.

During the recall work, the battery was probably disconnected. This will cause the security feature of the radio to disable it until the activation code is inserted. This code was given to you at the time of purchase by the dealer. If you don;t have, the dealer can supply it, The dealer should have ensured that the radio was working prior to your picking the vehicle up after the recall work, but these issues are often overlooked.

The radio is displaying the word CODE which means you need to put in the code. The code is usually written in the owners manual or on a card that looks like a credit card. If you can't find the code, you will need to bring it to the Honda dealer and have them pull the radio to retrieve the code.

How to reset honda odysse 2004 radio code???

You need the radio code first of all. It may be in your manual, if not contact the Honda dealer for the code.

The radio in my 2005 Odyssey shows error e...and I am unable to turn stereo on.

I'm having the same problem. The anti-theft system kicks in when you lose and restore battery power.

When you bought the car, you should have received a 5-digit radio code that you were told to keep separate from your owners manual. Entering this 5-digit code restores your radio. If you can't find it, you should also have a serial number for your radio, which is also kept separate from the manual.

Now, if you're like me, you have no idea where you might have kept the radio code or the serial number, so all you can do is call the Honda dealer and bring it in.

2004 honda odessey radio code

Need to reenter the radio code, it's normally located in the glove box or behind the radio itself, once found you should have about 3 tries to enter the code, if more attempts are needed, disconnect the neg battery cable for 5 minutes and retry.
