Radio is locked after battery disconnected

Look around for a small label with a 5 digit number on it. Look inside the glove box and console. You will need the 5 digit code to unlock the radio. To get the code you will need the serial # of the radio. In order to get the serial # it is necessary that you remove the radio from the dash or at least remove enough of the dash so you can see the serial #. The serial # is located on top of the radio chassis. Numbers that start with M1C, M3G, M46, & YEFM are not the serial #. Look for another number on the chassis. Now with the serial # and the VIN number off the car go to the Honda Owners Link and register your Honda.
