Sentra water pump location

I am guessing that this vehicle has a four (4) cylinder engine (looking at the engine from the front, the belts are on your left). If so, this sensor should be located in the back of the back (facing the firewall) side of the head.....most times the temperature sensor is located some where in the engine head.

On the 94 sentra the fuel pump relay is located under the hood, driver's side to the left of the battery, third slot from the front of the car, should be green in color.

The water pump is located on the passanger side of the engine. Look right below the timing chain cover and there is a pully and belt on the water pump. You will have to remove the water pump and thermostate together then seperate them after you get them off the car. I would recommend replacing the thermostate also (cheap fix). You will have to remove the belt and pully before you can remove the water pump. Hope this helps....

the water pump is on the right side of moter under plastic cover will have to take out motor mount and timing belt to replace

When installing the pump, make sure that the O-ring is properly seated in the groove in the pump body.

The easiest way for you to locate the water pump is the follow the bottom radiator line from the radiator to the engine. Where it connects to the motor is the water pump. It should be on the front of the engine. Make sure you trace the lower radiator line that is about 1 and 1/2 to 2 " in diameter.

1.6L (GA16DE) and 2.0L (SR20DE) Engines
The thermostat is housed in the water outlet casting on the cylinder head on most models. On the GA16DE engines, the thermostat is housed in the water outlet casting attached to the water pump.

The pump should be located on the solvent bottle it's self.

its in the gas tank but it doesnt have to be changed!!!YAY

Might have to drop oil pan and check stainer for blockage (clogged), oil pump is located infront of engine front cover case, have to remove crankshaft pulley and other stuff,water punp pulley belts etc.
