Answers 2&3 were right...under the left rear seat is a fuse box, pull the nylon webbing in the center of the fold between seat and seat back to release the latch...fuses 46 or 15 should be the ones you're looking for...
The number 3 plug is the third one back from the front of the engine. They are numbered in order 1,2,3,4,5,6 front to back, this is the cylinder numbers not the firing order. Firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4 .
