Cigar lighter burned power line to fuse number 13 and damaged obd plug cannot communicate

For a temporary fix, you could run a new wire from the terminal for the OBD connector to another power source.

Whats the firing order diagram for a 2004 envoy 4.2 connected to a obd it says number 3 cylinder not firing need to know which plug?my son replaced several not all! hard to get 4.2 straight 6 cyl

The number 3 plug is the third one back from the front of the engine. They are numbered in order 1,2,3,4,5,6 front to back, this is the cylinder numbers not the firing order. Firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4 .

Cruise control stopped working on 2003 envoy what part do I need I need

I would check the fuses first. Then the switch down by the brake pedal. If not that then have someone plug a OBD II reader in and find out for sure.
