Maintaining anything requires following the controls.
Before just replacing things like struts, you need to check the power, then the switch, then the control box, then the pump, and then finally the strut. You did it backwards.

And of course the transfer box would be in neutral while driving on dry pavement. You only engage the transfer box when you want 4WD, and if you do that on dry pavement, you will wear out the steering.

Sorry, but there is no such thing as a lemon car.

06 Lincoln navigator front left air spring is flat and not operating

Try this from my previous post....

Have a similar problem... My 2003 Lincoln Navigator was manufactured May 22, 2003 so it's the late model that came with the Intec 5.4 Liter DOHC V-8 (not the Triton engine).

I replaced the two front ride height sensors (one for each air strut) and replaced the one rear ride height sensor that controls the ride height for BOTH rear air struts. (Yours may have one ride height sensor for each of the rear air struts.) That solved the problem for a few months during the warm months, until the weather started cooling off. Then back to the same issue.

The front passenger air strut started releasing air from the solenoid (air block) making a "hissing sound." Replaced BOTH front air strut solenoids (connected at the top of each air strut). That also resolved the problem for a few days. After going all around the world, I discovered it's the Air Ride Control Module (ASM) that was the problem all along.

1992 Subaru legacy ls wagon w/air suspension. Air pump appears to be working but very low, bumpy ride. Does not appear the shocks are working properly.

your shocks are leaking or a leak in the lines or pump it has a rolling diaphram when you hit a speed they lower and raise on speed

if you cant find the leak you can pump the strut with a compressor if it has a leak replace it if they are expensive and you wish a cheeper fix you can cap off the front lines or rear or replace all of them with regular coils and struts if off a used car the struts may be bad the spring is heavy and the strut needs to be removed and checked if its bad get new ones they are not cheep but the air ride struts new are a grand or better well they use to be a used one was a few hundred i replaced them with springs on a gl-10 years ago and the light may blink remove the bulb or a wire under the drivers side seat not sure on that year

1998 navigator bounces if the front and knocks when you hit bumps

SOunds like a broken shock, or bad strut. Air bags or not, struts and shocks are what control bounce.

1998 Ford Expedition air struts keep deflating.

You can check it for a leak by getting into vehicle and close the door.Turn ignition switch to on position and shift the gear shifter to neutral. You will hear the compressor turn on.Once compressor turns on put back into park, leave ignition on and exit vehicle.Compressor will turn off when you open door but will turn back on after you close it. Now listen at each corner to see if you can hear where your leak is.

Air suspension inactive, HDC inactive, ABS light on, Range Rover

Air Suspension Inactive usually means there is a problem with the Air Suspension. However, it will also come up when alternator or battery voltage is low, or when you reset (disconnect and then connect) the battery. To reset it manually: while in P(ark), turn steering wheel all the way left, hold few seconds, and then all the way right, hold few seconds. All the warning lights will go out. Most common failure is the passenger front air strut, since batteries are prone to leaking acid, it leaks right on top of the rubber airbag and burns through it. Dealer willcharge you one hour to diagnose, or you can easily diagnose this by looking at the ride height of each particular corner of the truck. If its sits low, or emits hissing sound when you park the truck, its leaking. If you keep driving with leaky air strut, you risk burning up the air compressor, as its working extra hard to compensate for the leak. Replacing the strut is easy 45min job even for a novice mechanic, and you can do it yourself. Strut can be found new for approx $750 online. If you are fed up with air suspension issues, there is a $700 kit that converts the truck to springs, and disables all of the air suspension. Look up Arnott Industires

I hear strange noise from the right front everytime theres is a few bumbs on the road

Tough to tell from your description. I would check the strut mount. That is the top assembly that the spring seats against. The top rotates, or should. The night part puzzles me.
