All of a sudden my nissan sentra 1999 died and now the engine won't rotate. What can it be?

replace ur crank/cam sensors. without a proper signal form those ur car will turn over forever without starting.

Do a compression test maybe you lost the timing belt or open up the valve cover and see if your cam is rotating.

Nissan has a lot of crank sensor problems and temp is a key factor to the problem with them

How did you check the compression? A simple and fast way is to remove a spark plug and hold a finger over the hole, with the coil unplugged, and have a helper crank the engine. What has probably happened if you have lost compression is that the timing belt broke resulting in the valves contacting the pistons, in this case the best option for repair would be to find a good used engine (from a reputable salvage yard with a warranty) and do a swap.

The first thing to try is to rotate the tires. Tread wear will definitely change the road noise heard by the driver especially with winter tires.

If the noise does not at least change somewhat after rotation then the problem is not tire related.

First off, nothing "blows" into the air filter. It would be getting sucked in from somewhere in your engine compartment. My guess would be leaking valve cover. Check around and feel for wet oil. That will also be a leak. Have you been going through more oil than usual? Check that also. Hope that helped.
