Battery and starter r good. need to know which relays to check. dont have diagram. 91 pathfinder xe

Yank the starter relay in the under dash relay box. Check for battery power on terminals 1 & 2 in the relay socket with the key turned to START. If no power, check fuses 31 and 35. If you have power on those terminals, check for ground on terminal 3 in the socket when turned to START. If no ground, the Security system isn't seeing a good signal from the clutch interlock switch or the auto transmission shift console switch. Check those out

Power flows from Fuse 35 50A to IGN switch. Start by checking that fuse. From IGN switch to starter on black/white wire. Check for battery voltage on that wire at starter. If no voltage, check for voltage on black/white wire at IGN when turned to START. If no voltage, check for good power coming into the IGN switch on the the white wire from Fuse 35

If you are hearing a click the most common cause would be to check your starter, make sure you have a good connection at the battery and make sure you have a good batery. Of you hear a "click" I doubt it's the security system. I'm guessing the starter is bad.

Under the drivers seat is the security alarm the connection has 16 wires unplug it and your pathfinder will start right. I was having the same problem it would just click changed the battery the starter and the relay still doing the same researched and found that the security system is faulty I unplugged it and now my car starts every time yay much better

This sounds to me like a battery ground/positive problem. Let me explain. If you turn key and dont hear nothing, but only have clock on , when key is off, is most likely a ground problem.

Here is what you check first.

Check your fuse panel to make sure your starter relay and all fuses are good.
Check all battery cables that go to starter and battery and make sure the black wire (ground) off the battery is connected good to the frame for grounding. Most importantly, check all your battery terminals and the positive (red)and negative (black) wires at both ends and on battery them self are clean, tight and secure. As well as the starter. So, if you have checked all your fuses, starter relay , ignition and battery and starter cables, this should be where your problem is, if not let me know and we will continue on, but give me the symptoms in detail, after trying the stuff I said, if this does not fix this problem. have you checked the starter relay under hood in black box?

2006 Nissan Pathfinder rear passanger doors don't open unless opened from insinde handle first. Then will open all the time until central locking is used then same problem occurs

a Bad solenoid or a locked up flywheel

the switch on those nissans go bad.........

Hi. be sure you clean your battery cables , should check your starter, starter relay ,fuses, if nothing hapens check ignition suitch,, good luck
