SOURCE: what is the oxygen sensor and where it is located
An oxygen or O2 sensor is located either in the exhaust just past the point where it attaches to the head or 2 on the underside of the car at the exhauust just prior to the catalytic converter. but usually there are two or three depending on the congiguration of the exhaust. always one at the cat. Is there a specific reason you need to change it??
SOURCE: oxygen sensor replacement
you need to rent an 02 sensor socket and use a ratchet and the socket to remove it, there are two on the exhaust pipe one before the cat, you can see it on the exhaust pipe and one after. normally the 1at one goes out. cost $75.00 please rate if helpful.

There's one located directly after your catalytic converter and the other one is located before your catalytic converter (somewhere between your headers and that cat)
Testimonial: "There are actually 2 sensors. One on the engine manifold and the second is on the atalitic (sp) converter. "

there is one, it is in the exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter, the sensor after the cat is called a catalytic converter monitor, but looks like an O2 sensor.
