My 1994 Buick Regal makes loud roaring noise on freeway. Almost no noise when I'm going under 20 mph. Sound lessen when I make right turn. I suspect one of the wheel bearings. How do I tell which one?

the tensioner pulley bearing needs to be replaced and there is also an idler pulley bearing you should change both of them and that should correct the problem
It sound to me like you have a bad belt tentioner check to see if it's real easy to move by hand if so change it problem solved .Hope this helps you out!!!
It sounds like you have a rod problem. If that is the case the engine will need to be taken apart to be fixed. Price varys from shop to shop but they can do a bunch of tests on it and tell you exactly what is wrong with it for about 80 to 100 dollars
