2003 GMC Yukon- Rear wiper stopped working. Buzzing/humming noise coming from the wiper motor. Tried replacing it, but got the same result.(buzzing). Returned new motor. Checked 2 fuses one under the dashboard and one under the hood. Both were good.

The "buzzing noise"; I can tell that I am not alone in having this problem but has someone figured out ... I fit does, that eliminates the brake rotors, tires, wheelbearings, CV's etc. ... BUT with an Altima it is probable the pre-cats. Loud humming noise when driving

sounds like you may have a bad ground on the motor .even a brand new motor wont work if it has a poor ground check your connections

Check the ground to the actuator, if that is ok replace the actuator.

is the motor buzzing? or working? the linkage may be bad. the Wiper Circuit Boards were a real common problem. but usually, the wiper motor would not work, or the washer would not work, or when you turned the wipers off, they would still go. Sometimes you could grab the wiring connector at the wiper motor and tug or twist it, if it started working, replace the board, its a common part, the dealer or even a parts store may have them.

If it makes noise when you turn it on, the switch is working. So whats making the noise. If you replaced the motor, there isnt much else. Is the wiper arm tight on the shaft?

PUT A NEW GROUND WIRE IN THE REAR WIPER MOTOR

JUST PUT A NEW GROUND WIRE TO THE REAR WIPER MOTOR............SIMPLE GOOD LUCK

Do you have headlight wipers? If so, wiggle the wiper arm and see if the buzzing stops.

This sounds like the park circuit is shorted.

check under vehicle on frame rail drivers side, should see abs assembly, disconnect red wire buzzing will stop, will have to replace assembly, will not have abs braking, will have base brakes, if red brake light comes on do not drive vehicle, have towed to repair shop
