disconnect battery ,make sure you know radio code, undo electrical connections to starter then mounting bolts , fitting is a reverse , would be helpful if had vehicle details

If you removed an old radiator and pipes, then fit according to those.

If the old rad and pipes are missing, then first fit the radiator to the vehicle, and then offer up each pipe to the vehicle and see which route is best suited to each pipe, depending on the length and angle of it.

Hi Dirtcrazy, Depending on which type of climate control is fitted to your vehicle, (if it is automatic or manually controlled) it will have either one or two 'up idle' solenoids. These are electrically operated vacuum controls which are sometimes adjustable and sometimes preset. They or it will be fitted in different places on different vehicle. It is difficult to know where on your vehicle as we do not know which vehicle it is? locate the 'up idle' solenoid and make sure that the vacuum tube connections are not cracked, broken or loose. The defects noted would result in the fluctuating idle speed you're referring to. Regards John.

I just put Bosch blades on my 2007. Those blades fit multiple vehicles so they include a squre plastic cap covering the point where your wiper arm attaches to the blade. I don't know which vehicle needs that cap, but the G6 does not. So throw it away. Then it will work fine.

cannot say for sure as i have never seen one of these vehicles but some vehicles do not have a low pressure port as such ,you need a special adaptor as it only uses a high pressure fitting on the low pressure pipe ,confusing i know but lots of new europeon vehicles only have the one fitting so ask at dealer to be sure

hey eric, sorry for the delayed reply been on vacation. i dont believe you will find another vehicle that the sway bar will fit this vehicle. the closest thing would be an impala.sway bars help control the vehicles body roll during cornering some performance cars have larger sway bars and companies offer larger sway bars for increased handling. but a minivan would not be a big market for companies to design a larger bar so i doubt you will find one if you are looking for somee better handling options for your van let me know and we can explore some options

well rick your mechanic is talking out of his proverbial ,This vehicle comes fitted from new with this size tyre ,its on the certificate of homoglonation .Any attempt to fit larger wheels will quickly wear out the steering joints because it alters the caster /camber/king pin inclination .Also under new europeon legislation you are not allowed to interfere with basics of the vehicle ,that is alter anything that is on the certificate of homoglonation This will render you open to prosecution if stopped by an overzealous essex traffic cop and your vehicle will not pass the MOT ,how do i know a fellow brit??look how you spell tyre??
