1990 cadillac seville will not start fuel pump ok igition coil ok acts like it is not getting cash the injectors are ok could it be the brain of the car?

Fuel injector is on the fuel rail coil packs ontop of the plugs

Being that there are misfire codes, (300 series P codes), and it's flooding I would put a fuel pressure gauge on it and try to check the injectors and the fuel pressure regulator for leakage. If the vehicle has sat for a while, 1 or more of the injectors may have stuck open. If the fuel pressure is way to high it can cause the pressure regulator to leak. See if that helps.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

it is located down under rh side of dash . below glove box abd is usually the third fuse in the bow

So you have used the Noid lights to see if the computer is pulsing the Injectors, and you have GOOD Kv on the spartk minimum 25-30 Kv's?

Also it might get gas but how much gas? you need to perform a volume test there is a certain amount of fuel the car needs her minute to sustain demand load variations.

Is it port injection or thortle body? What engine is ? if its port injection your fuel pressure is to low , if its a throtle boty i think 15-18 is minimum to keep the car running, might have a bypassing fuel pump in the tank.

Remove fuel tank from vehicle
Than remove sending unit and pump
Been in gas tanks for 30 years

does it have the chip in the key!!???if so the problem is in the ignition switch! there are two small orange wires that break off! on the coloum!

The fuel pump and sending unit is located in the tank. I hope your tank is empty, if not you will need to siphon it out. It is dangerous with the gasoline, and remember the fumes burn, not gas. You start by removing the filler hose, then loosen straps, detach sending unit wire and fuel line, then lower tank. Then unscrew the sending unit/pump and replace. reinstall.

Check Spark Plugs And Distributor Cap. Make Sure All The Wires Are On To Start.
