There are three likely problems.... check the battery of the vehicle if the battery is still ok, or the alternator is not supplying the right power and finally the fuse box has some burnt part in it internally...

Every morning my key fob will not open my car if and reprogram the key several times eventually the ignition will come on and and opening and starting the car but the next morning it's the same again

Is it doing anything else like the dash clock resets itself? Check all of your fuses. My bet is if the clock is resetting itself every time the engine is turned off, the fuse running that circuit is also the permanent power supply to the immobiliser and central locking.

Is the stereo supposed to stay on once the ignition key is turned off on a Peugeot 307 year 2004?

I don't have specifics on that vehicle because it is not sold here in the US but most newer vehicles have a "Delayed exit" feature that keeps those components active until the door is opened.

I have lost both front right and rear right lights on my peugeot 307 SW 2005

Check ground and 12v supply for all the affected bulbs. Check fuse with proper test light. Is there a separate relay for right and left lights?
If there is, try switching them.

2004 Peugeot 307 keeps popping bulbs. Both headlights, both side-lights and both tail lights have all been replaced 3 - 4 times in the past year. Brake lights seem ok though. Its driving me mad!

Try replacing the relay switch. Check and see if you have a Relay for the headlights/lights for your vehicle... sometimes the relays can end up bent and corrosion can settle at times...not sure why, but its happened to me several times in different vehicles...good luck!
