Assuming the reservoir has washer fluid in it - when you activate the washers with the key on do you hear a hum from the pump? When you activate it do you see fluid coming out under the car? If any of the lines are damaged the fluid may not be travelling where you want it to. If the pump is not working altogether check to make sure the wire is plugged onto it. Check the tubing from the pump to the connector under the hood. If your fuses are good and the pump is not working at all have the plug checked for power. Pumps go out, but the cause is usually something more simple and less expensive.

Do you know how these tight spots work. If you can't get to the part you need to take out, you have to remove the obstacles in front of it first, and work your way down. What a pain huh.
