How much does it cost to have the hood latch on a C230 mercedes benz fixed?

It is the lines in the rear hatch glass. There is a connector the bottom and a plug in the back of the radio.

Under the hood rectangle black box near the heater valves, between the suspension top mount and the front screen. There are some additional ones near the battery in the trunk.

open engine hood its at the right front on the ac condenser it's covered by black plastic flap open the little flap you can see the low pressure valve in it.

If there are only partial images and some are blank, the unit itself is failing and requires replacement. There is no "fix" for this kind of display using LCDs. Try Silverstar recycling in CA and can be found on the internet. They carry all kinds of good stuff for Mercedes/Porsche at resonible prices and will ship.

This comes on when your car hits 10,000miles for the first time and then every 20,000 afterwards, but is determined by the onboard Flexible Service System

This service includes checking all your lights, wiper system, resetting maintenance service counter, wheels and brakes, all fluid levels (changing oil), battery, hood assembly (hinges, latch)

Pull the red lever under the drivers side dashboard-about where your left knee would be, sitting in the vehicle. The hood will pop up and a tongue will protrude through the front grille. Pull this tongue and at the same time, lift the hood.
