Open hood look at driver side theres a black round brake booster and the brake master cylinder is attached to it and the reservoir on top is where the brake fluid goes, you should be able to see through it to see at a glance if its low,if so get brakes checked for how much life is left in them

Why does the e-brake light come on when i accelerate my 2008 grand vitara?

probably need to add a little brake fluid to the reservoir--it's in the engine compartment just in front of you. Brake fluid level decreases normally as front brakes wear. If it uses too much, check all wheels for a leak.

What brake fluid does a 1993 Suzuki Vitara 1600 car use?

99% of vehicles are compatable with dot 3 brake fluid. never mix in a petroleum based fluid as it will destroy all natural rubber seals which will amount to real expensive repairs.

Hi ive got brake problems with my suzuki vitara 1.6 8v s reg ive changed the master cylinder and the brake pads and they wont bleed when i turn the engine on there are no brakes and when i turn it off...

Is the new cylyder new or used?
Do you know the seals are ok(master cyl. and calipers/slave)?
Have you blead front and rear?
Is the front lines out , connected to the front?
These are some of the mistakes I have made with brakes and obvious things to check/ask, but never overlook the obvious.
