Acura and Honda Radio COdE Retrieval and Unlock Tips .... mine is Honda Accord 93, click what button to active it? .... Radioreset code in 5 minutes for a 2001+ Honda CRV CR-V Accord Civic Pilot Element Odyssey Insight ...
When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect itagain, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft radio protection. The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. Ifyou do not have this code you need to go to your Honda service centre andget them to enter this code for you.
The re activation code should have been given to you from the dealer if you purchased the car new, possibly is in with the owners manuels. you will need this code to re activate due to the built in anti theft program on Honda's. Good Luck, I hope this helps.
You need to code ..punch in code then power radio up and it will work. For a fee if its the original radio for this car the code can be retrieved by the dealer. If you entered to code incorrectly more than 4 times you will need to disconnect battery for 30 second and re-enter code. good luck and thanks for using FIX YA
the start points for entering the radio code are either when the radio says code or displays an error 1, 2 or such. once you enter the code it should beep once and turn on. It sounds like you are following the procedure though. Is it possible the audio unit was damaged?
