My battery cables were all cut up and it was raining and the car just died cause the eng mod fuse blew so i changed the battery cables goin to the starter assuming it shorted out and the car started but when i went to go take off the fuse blew again and the car died again and now the same fuse blows everytime you turn the key over what is the problem here

Hi! If this vehicle is having a electronic distributor with the condenser attached to the positive side of the ignitor I think u should check that condenser.This could be and is causinge the fuse to blow when ever u goes to start.I had a problem like this recently.

Sounds like a short in the system. you will need to inspect the wiring and posably, bench test the starter. Check the cables to the battery. Make sure the wires and the battery are in good shape.

Need to look at symntec and see if there is a relay on the starter. Which there most likely is. and it is bad. Look at the fuse and see if there is another wire going from the fuse to a relay,if so replace that relay.

you need a new starter I just went through this problem had my starter changed and have not blown any fuses in days....oh and by the way getting to the starter was not and easy task.

you mean fuel pump if it is the case look to replace the all pump ,if it is really worn it could cause the fuse to blow
you can also look for your fuel pump relay ...it-could also be the probleme!
