Check your connections to the actual heater controls. Check your grounds. And see if your model has a voltage regulator. It may be bad.

SOURCE: blower fan only works on high

If it is working at all then the relay and fuse is good and the problem is either the little vacuum hose on the back of the control switch panel or the panel itself.

SOURCE: 1999 yukon denali no ac or heat blowing

chk the fan speed resistors mounted in the fan housing. You should be able to see the wires going into the box with 2 screws holding the resistors in place. Good Luck.

SOURCE: Blower motor on 96 Isuzu Rodeo does not blow on

if fuses are good, check for power at blower motor, when truck is running and a/c on. the resistor and the switch provide ground, so the blue/white wire should have power, and the blue/black wire should have NO power, if it does have power, then most likely the resistor is bad. if it has no power and the motor doesnt run, the motor is bad.

Check the Blower Motor Resistor. This controls the Blower Motor/Fan Speed.

No heat or ac

Depending on the year , make , and model you have, most HVAC systems have a blower motor fan resister, usually located near the blower motor, check for power and ground at the fan resistor plug connector and make sure all connectors are in good shape, and not melted, or you will have to replace the fan resister pig tail as well.

1996 Lincoln Mark 8 AC controllers working blowers working nothing coming out of the vent

I noted your question. You said that NOTHING is coming out of the VENT. Do you mean the interior vents normally for heat and air? Does air blow out of your dash defrost vent? Does blower motor work continuously? If so, I suggest that you check fuse panel at driver's door. If you have your owner's guide, look on pages 251 and 252. 251 shows your interior fuses. 252 shows description for Fuse #9 (10A). You have numerous 10A fuses. #9 is the lowest fuse perpendicular to Fuse #10 (15A). If it is blown, you have some sort of resistance in one of 4 things RUN BY THE FUSE. I went to my mechanic and he told me that the Blower Motor Control Resistor behind the glove compartment was bad. I replaced it (125 dollars) and it was not the problem. Check the fuse. Is it blown? Replace and the system may work normally. If it continues to blow please get back to me. If the system works after replacement, please respond.

1997 pontiac grand prix gt,the heat and defrost will not work. have replaced the blower,5 prong fan relay, and the fan control switch.do not know what else to do. i have checked all fuses, and all are fine

I had the same issue, however my blower motor did not work at all, heat or AC, it just did not work. It was the blower motor resistor. When I took mine out, it was brown and melted. Got a new at the junkyard for a few bucks. Works great now.

Blower motor does not go on.

The exact same thing happened to me in the winter. I replaced the Blower Motor Resister (I believe that is what it was called). If you pull off the door to the glove compartment and reach around you will find a part that plugs in. It is about $80 from the dealer and very, very easy to replace. It took me about 5 minutes. The part has metal "fins" that take the temperature of the air that passes over it. If it is defective the blower fan will not come on, but you will still have minimal heat.
