1995 Volvo 850 Turbo I neeed to recharge air conditioner however on line instruction show you must re-charge from hi pressure side and about half say recharge fro low pressure side which is correct.

You never ever charge any refrigerant system in the
world from the high side

Always the low side,as you want to add it in a gas form

If you invert the can & charge hi side ,liquid ref will

ruin the compressor, as it can't compress a liquid

The hot air will not change to cold on the passenger side of my 1997 volvo 850 wagon

the baffle that operates to change the position of the air is not functioning in the old days these were vacuum operated now they are electrical, if you are uncomfortable with digging around under your dash check with a local mechanic, if you are acquire a Chilton or Haynes manual for your car and it can direct you to the location of the servos.

Where is the altitude sensor on a 1997 Volvo 850 GLT

Found it. It's near the front on the passenger side of the car.

Unfortunately I'm getting another engine code after replacing this. Now it's P0108-- mass air flow sensor. I know where this one is.

I have a 1994 volvo 850 t5 and the air conditioner will not blow. what do I need to do, to fix this problem myself?

Start by checking the fuses at the block underthe hood, rught side by the wiper

If you do not have a blower fan on any setting it could be the blower fan itself or the the head control unit in the dash.

hope this helps

It will be the service valve on the larger line coming out of the A/C compressor.
