Reason for one side flashing faster than other on your car is one of these two, first identify which light is not working and then check:
(1) The light bulb is blown, so replace it with new bulb.
otherwise, if bulb is okay then check
(2) The earth wire has lost connection due to over heat problem (peugeot problem) so check them, clean the connector and fix it.

Do both sides flash fast or just one side ? if it's both sides you may wish to purchase a new flasher relay for your car. if it's fast on one side still... check further to see if there is a burnt out bulb including (if it has one the side marker light).

Drivers side turn signal blinking fast other side normal, bulb change didn't help

Even after bulb change, do all lamps work? Bad ground can be shown by weak or dim bulb sometimes and this can cause fast flashing. All bulbs which flash must be working and of normal brightness which is sometimes hard to tell when they blink really fast.

Indicators not working

That is a common problem when one of the turn signals bulbs is out. check the light bulbs on the side that is not working or the side that the dashboard flashes quicker. replace the light bulb front or rear. take a good look at the light bulb filament inside. some times is not easy to detect some other time the light bulbs will be light black powder inside if they are bad. if the light bulb does not fix it also check for the fuses may always be fuse as well.

I have a 2006 dodge ram 1500, my right front blinker does not flash, the back right flashes really fast. I checked the front right bulb and it is not burnt out and I cant find a fuse or relay to check.

The fuse for the turn signals is located in the interior fuse panel, usually located under the dash on the drivers side although it may be behind a panel on the side of the dash on the drivers side that you can access when the door is open. The flasher relay is located on or near that fuse panel as well. There is only 1 fuse for the turn signals so if you have some of them but not all of them it's not the fuse. It may still be the relay but I doubt it. That bulb may not look burned but it most likely is. that fast blinking on the right rear is an indicator that the front bulb is burned or not functioning. It is an indicator dodge built into there lighting systems. Replace the bulb, if that doesn't resolve the problem start check the wiring and look for a grounded wire.

Problem with driver side indicator light

Fast flashing is a warning that one of the bulbs is not working. if the front flasher d/side is out try changing the bulb and cleaning the terminals inside the unit.
