1999 chevy silverado heater fan only blows cold air , both coolant lines in are hot

I like that you were knowledgeable to check both coolant lines tells me you are getting hot coolant through the heater core next thing to check will be the blend door on the inside of your vehicle. The blend door is a door that switches from cold air duct to heater duct depending on what you are using at the time. If it is stuck on the cold air duct you will not get any heat sometimes these doors are vacuum actuated and sometimes they are electrically actuated most the time you are able to see the movement of the motor from inside if you don't see any movement but you hear it move chances are it is the door blend I hope this helps.

I just got a 1999 chevy silverado 2wd and the temp reaches 210 but the air dosnt blow hot

1.)heater core restricted-check both heater hoses coming from the heater core if one is cold your heater core is restricted and you will need to flush the core.
2.)Your air mix door actuator in the vehicle is inoperative and you will need to replace it.It is located on the bottom of the heater case in the center of the vehicle. It mounts straight up with a couple bolts.

Heater and Air conditioner does not go on. COuld

Could be a fuse, but try it all the way on high first. If it works on high only, it's most likely the resistor in the fan control. Hapened to mine a couple of times and Chevy charged me about $150 to fix it.

2003 chevy silverado air does not blow through vents. Condenser works. Pipes are cold. Fan works. Modular (next to fan) repalced to get fan to work. Heater air conditioner controls under radio replaced....

The air vents are control by vacuum line and or linkage.

Listen for hiss or feel for vacuum leak under the dash,

Feel for broken linkage(s) that are close to the vents.

WORK BACKWARD if you have small hands to feel out where is the missing link.

Air conditioner fan shuts off 95 silverado

It runs of a temperature switch. It only comes on when the condensor needs it to. This is completely normal

Where is the fuse for air conditioner?for 1999 chevy silverado? air conditioner does not get cold

The fuse is either in the fuse compartment on the side of the dash when the drivers door is open, or under the hood on driver side in a black box. Look on fuse cover it should show what each fuse is for.
