SOURCE: 2001 Honda Passport, Engine light was on. Also

Sorry for the delay, having my shoulder rebuilt. The gaskets between the upper &lower plenum are a steel/plastic assembly, known to crack and cause a vacuum leak. This will cause a hard start cold and a higher than normal idle when warm.Usually by the time you notice these things the check engine light is on, indicating the idle speed is out of range. The intake can be separated, just enough,to replace the gaskets without removing fuel lines etc.find an experienced Isuzu or Honda technician..It should be about 1.5-2 hour job

SOURCE: My computer box on fiat strada 1.2 el burned i

The ECM (Engine Control Module) has to be programmed based on vehicle identification number to teh vehicle it is installed in. Purchasing a computer box via a remarketer or parts store gets you a blank computer that has to be "flashed". If this was a self install job you can take the computer to the dealer and have it flashed, be sure and get the VIN off of your car. Typical cost for a computer programming on vehicle is (based on geography) 100-300 dollars. Since FIAT is a foreign model it might be in the higher end of that range. Even with the ECM flashed you may either not start or if it does it will run rough for the first drive cycle while the vehicle ECM learns the parameters of your car and adjusts accordingly.

Injector light on with no power

You will need to get a good mechanic to look at this. This sounds like the vehicle has gone into "Limp Mode". This is where the ECU has detected something in the electronics that is listed as serious and it restricts the engine to prevent more damage.
Does the vehicle start and run? Can you get access to the injector? There is a simple test you can do if you can get to the injectors. All you need is an extra long screwdriver or something similar. *Note* The engine will be running when you do this so be careful. Try this.
Start the engine. Press the tip of the screwdriver against the first injector. Put your ear to the handle, *Note* it will be louder than you expect. You're listening for a fast, even, regular ticking noise. Get a helper to GENTLY press the accelerator pedal to listen for any change in the sound. Repeat this method for each of the other injectors. If the sound is uneven or sounds wrong to you get a good mechanic to check to see if that injector needs replacing.

Fiat Strada 1.6 is not sparking 4 and 1 on Coil pack but 3 and 2 are sprking very nice

An easy test would be to switch coil packs with the two that are working and re-test to see if problem moves with switched coil packs - if so replace coil packs that have no spark - available at auto zone
