Well, first the trans has to come out, then the flywheel off, then its at the end of the crankshaft. Before you go to doing all that, make SURE its what is really leaking. The rear of the intake manifold is FAMOUS for leaking oil and it will appear that the rear main seal is leaking, when it really isnt. Check the valve cover gaskets also.
Do you hear any loud whinny sounds from your compressor? if so it may need replacing. You might also want to check the AC sensor, and the AC switch module.
