On the ZD30 engine there is an alloy pipe that is bolted to the intake manifold and joins to the EGR solinoid that is mounted under the intake manifold, rear on engine above starter motor. Are common for leaking air when under boost pressure. Have found the lower fitting of this alloy pipe can rattle the bolts loose, this will blow the gasket, and the top fitting can also blow the gasket out. can normally see black exhaust type stains around these fittings if they are leaking.

A/t Cont fuse Nissan Navara keeps blowing

Fuses only blow if the load is heavier than it is designed for. Most likely causes are, Shorted wire. Defective part To small fuse. If you have the correct fuse then somewhere in the wiring circuit is asking for too much. You need a good electrical tech to find out your cause. If it blows the fuse once a month then this can be a pain in the rear to find the cause. Most wiring is made very durable. Look for damaged areas, or where work has been performed in the past and wiring has been disturbed and not properly secured. Look for alterations, Hope that helps.

No rear side lights or no plate light on my nissan navara 2008 pick up

any time two or more electircal gadgets die together a common item, such as a fuse, is to be checked. in your case seems the light circuit, excluding the headlights, has a fault. if the fuse blows again i would examine the wiring harness, especially to the rear lights, for damage and then each of the light sockets for dampness. if no fault is found, i would replace the light switch relay and then the switch itself.

Tickover at 1500rpm when engine warm Nissan Navara 2003

Could be a bad TPS or IAC. If you have not cleaned the throttle body in a long time a dirty one will cause all kinds of bad running/idling and drive-ability issues. Its the easiest thing to do and the least expensive. Remove it to clean properly, then clean it and any sensors, as well as the passages in the intake manifold. Then reassemble with a new gasket, and see what happens.
