Firstly, what's a TDC sensor?.. the crank position sensor? If so, on the four (4) cylinder, it's located behind the timing belt cover at the crankshaft.. if it's the 2.5 V6, it's located behind the LH exhaust manifold on the engine block.

Yea , what's your question ? Doesn't start an run , only when you spray starting fluid into the engine ? You do or don't know what lean codes are ? Did you check the electrical circuit for fuel pump . Amperage draw test etc.... Check fuel pump relay ! Videos on youtube testing fuel pump electrical circuit . Did you change fuel filter ?

no inertia switch or fuel switch--fuses or relays ---to test the fuel pump easiest is to spray starter fluid if it fires you have a fuel problem if doesn't fire look into ignition [ spark]

Hyundai sonata car not starting

There are some possibilities which you will have to check in this case:--
1) First of all check the power and voltage to the battery.with meter it will show exact 12 volt if the battery is charged.if the voltage is less get the battery charged at local auto repair shop.if the battery is internally drained and not getting charged then its time to replace the battery.
2) When you crank the car do you see spark coming at the spark plug? if no then its time to check the spark plugs and coil pack.if the spark plugs are not worn out and looks new then its time to check coil pack.the spark plugs gets power to spark from coil pack.
3) The other thing to check in this case is the starter solenoid of the car.if the battery is charged and you start the car then it gives power to the starter to start the car.but if starter is faulty or not connected properly then car will not start.
4) The other thing to check in this case is fuel in the car.if there is fuel in the car then check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check the fuel filter above the fuel pump.
5) If all the above possibilities mentioned above checked out OK/perfect then its a electrical issue and the wiring's in the car needs to be checked.the car gets power from the battery to get started.so the wires from battery needs to be checked one by one.
Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Cranks but wont start

May have dirt on crank angle sensor ,loose/damaged. Located usually close to bottomf pulley on engine.. Remember to keep it simple and check for the obvious first (fuel/pump? is emergency shut off tripped accidentally from towing ? Turn ignition on and have someone listen at fuel neck for pump operation. Check all fuses.

2000 Hyundai Sonata wont get spark

OK!... Tell you STRAIGHT UP!.. this is a GUESSING GAME online. Fuel Pump failure 'apparent'?.. Did anyone VERIFY it was the fuel pump? Unless you guys know what you're doing, you need an EXPERT's EYE and BRAIN on this one -- it could be almost anything!.. Does the Check Engine light come ON when this happens? Whenever the "Check Engine" light comes on, there is always a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) stored in the ECM (Engine Control Module). You'll need an OBDII (On-Board-Diagnostics) scanner to retrieve any codes recorded/set in ECM. Once you do this and let us know what, if any codes are set, then we can go from there... otherwise it's a GUESSING GAME! There are too many possible causes which prevent a SPARK (i.e., fuse, ECM, Wiring, ignition failure sensor, bad CKP (crank position sensor), out of time, etc.
