SOURCE: On the 2000 jaguar s-type, what is, Cats system

Cats was a optional extra from the factory. It is adaptive damping. It basicialy softens or stiffens the shock absorbers to your driving style.

It may seem that one of your shock absorbers has developed a internal pressure fault. A local garage with a code reader can tell you wich shock absorber to check. Would be worth checking the electrical connectors that plug into the top of the shock absorber to make sure they are not damaged.

Look's like you may need a new shock absorber

Where is fuel pump relay on 2000 jag s-type

Is the Fuel Relay switch the same as the others, due the fact of having the same part #? Also can this Fuel Relay switch be responsible for not having no gauge lights? I am concerned because the Fuel Relay switch was not totally covered by protective cover, and had blown from a short, and this also caused a small square 30 or 40 AMP to also blow as while the other above to do so. Or would a Ignition Switch do this causing there to be no gauge lights and no turn over to crank engine from this whole situation, and how big is that switch and where would that be located? Would this blow a computer in a 2000 Jaguar S Type 3.0 ?
