Buick regal keeps stalling and losses power going up hill.

loss of power can be a number of things, exhaust leak around manifold. air leak on vacuum lines, fuel pressure low or pump not working 100% blocked fuel filter, weak ignition spark, timing out. can also be the fuel using. air filter blocked. all these can limit power, but if its mostly on inclines it would be more on the fuel side.

I would change your plugs and wires with original a/c delco factory wires and plugs. My buick did the same and got corrected with factory wires and plugs.I tried most of the after market and they didn't do the job.

Why does my car loose power going uphill

YOU COULD HAVE CLOGGED FUEL FILTER AND FUEL INJECTORS.ALSO CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID.IF LOW TRANSMISSION WILL SLIP GOING UP HILL.NOT ENOUGH FLUID TO BUILD UP PRESSURE FOR OVER DRIVE.
