SOURCE: No electric windows, mirrors, or door locks
Look in the Engine bay fuse box at Fuse #12 this should be for the power windows. If this checks out OK, it could be a fault with a bad ground wire in driver's side door harness. You should be able to pry the runbber boot from the drivers door, and check the larger Black wire that goes through it. These have been known to break after a few years use. If it is the cable, cut neatly, strip the ends anu use a crimp splice. Hope this is a quick and easy fix for you. If it helps you solve the problem, Please take a moment to rate as Fixya! Thanks.

Sounds familiar - I pulled the rubber boot back and found the black wire was broken. I stripped the wires and put on a couple bullet connectors (terminators) and all is good. Just wish I would have seen this post before I took the door panel off... Oh well...

i had the same problem, well my right turb signal stayed on all the time and i had to pull the fuse. the BCM under your dash is bad. the BCM is where all your fuses are plugged into. you can find one online for about $700ish. go to hyundaihouseofpower.com or newtiburon.com and they might help you. 03 tiburons have bad luck when it comes to the BCM. change it out and your problems will be solved.also look on ebay.

There is NO possible electrical cause (within REASON) which would create the problem you describe. I assume you tried the Keyless Entry Remote to DIS-ARM the anti-theft system. If the ALARM system was activated, it will stay activated until it's de-activated by the remote (typical design feature). The best SOLUTION is to take vehicle into Hyundai an have the problem diagnosed.

The ground wire in the door harness has been severed, get in the harness and patch about 1 inch of wire where it has been severed.
