It should be noted that I personally do not own this car; my grandparents do. I've had the pleasure of driving it on a number of occasions though, and as I was the one who recommended it to them, I try to keep up on whether anything has gone wrong with it or not. let me tell you it is the valve body in the trans do get it replaced has soon has possible before major damge hapens , i change a few per month . as a porsche tech i see them all the time , i even had same problem on my toureg , they had to replace complete trany , lucky was under waranty , they share the same trany , also note coils on cayenn do go bad also sugest to replace before coil burns out plug or engine harness .

the repair manual is hard to find, now check the quality of engine oil , maybe need to replace and oil filter, try to use an high grade oil, for example, if now is using 5w_20 then use 10w_40
