My 1998 GMC Sierra turn signals and hazard lights aren't working externally, or clicking and flashing on my dashboard. Could this be the combination flasher relay, or what would the best guess be?

It seem to me GM did something those years, I think there is actually a moduel that you have to replace to get the turn signals to work again. I don't remember what year they went to that but, I think it was right in that area. Sorry I can't be more help.

Where is the brake relay on a 2001 gmc sierra.

Try wiggling the hazard light switch while pressing on the brakes. The taillights are connected to the turn signal switch before it goes to the brake switch. The contacts on the hazard switch are probably dirty(I remember this problem years ago, same symptoms-3rd light works but l/R tailights not working). You may just be able to turn the hazards on+off a bunch of times to clean the contacts instead of replacing the switch.

My turn signals don't work. Turn left or right all they do is flash , 2001 yukon denali

Maybe there's a crossed wire somewhere because there should be a separate flasher for the turn signals vs. the hazard lights.

Also, the multifunction switch if it has one may be bad for the hazard lights and the turn signal combination somehow. I'm not sure, because I've never heard of this particular problem before.

The logic must be messed up in the switch or it's the wiring.

Are you sure the right side bulbs all flash? You say you replaced all the bulbs? Why would you replace bulbs that were working? Did you have this problem before you replaced the bulbs, or after. The hazard flasher is down under the dash, left side, turn the signals on and follow the clicking noise. The hazard flasher and the turn signal flasher should be near each other, and are interchangeable. If it clicks fast, a bulb or a bad socket is usually the cause. These trucks have a lot of problems with the tail light circuit boards.

1998 GMC Sierra Signal Fuse Blowing

it seems you have a short in either one of the lights or interlock. all are connected to the same fuse. trace the wiring from the fuse box back to the component. Using a test light test in between the wires. check for any obvious breaks in the wiring.
