The timing belt runs from the crankshaft pulley up to the head, around the cam gears, back down, over the water pump and back to the crankshaft. Timing belt replacement is a job that is time consuming, and, at times, difficult. If you do not have the proceedure, I can send it to you, but, this is a very specific job, and having the belt incorrect in any one of 6 possible "mistake" positions will result in a no-start or run poor condition. Timing belt replacement for that vehicle is recommended at 90,000 miles.

You need to talk to a dealer.
SOURCE: where is locotated the voltage
the voltage regulator on this along with most newer vehicles is located inside of the alternator. this is not replaceable as it is internal unless you get an alternator rebuild kit. if helpful please leave positive rating.
SOURCE: egr vacuum solenoid location
what type of toyota u have or if u can give me the engine code i might b able to help u
You can check the egr with a vacuum pump to see if egr is operating or apply vacuum to it with a hose by sucking on the hose once you attach it to the valve. . If the car runs rough while you apply vacumm then chances are the egr is working and you have another problem. The intake could be clogged up from carbon and needs to be cleaned out.
