If the window won't go up and down at all the first thing to check is the sending switch on the doors. Use a simple voltage meter and place the leads on the pos and neg poles of the motor if your getting juice but no response then the motor is shot if your not getting juice to the motor diagnose up stream and usually just replace the up/down switch. Good Luck P.S.if the window motor is shot better try to find one at the bone yard cause when you call for prices at the dealership you will probably have an electrical short yourself!!!
