Why does my dashboard gauge not work on my Nissan Maxima 1998

I may need more info? If none of gages on instrument cluster work, check voltage and ground circuit. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use test lite to check for voltage, the fuse on the left is hot all the time. The one in middle goes hot with key on. The fuse on the right appears to be for cluster lamps. The ground wire for instrument cluster is black.
I can't rule out problem with instrument cluster, itself?

How do I change a check engine light on nissan maxima 1998

Do you mean turn it off? You can't ignore the check engine light. go to Auto Zone and borrow a OBDII connect it under the dashboard with the ignition on, and write down the engine codes, and then seach on line about the description of those codes in order to fix it, after the repair has been done, erase it with the OBDII. My Nissan maxima 98 won't start in cold morning

check the temperature sender for your fuel and emissions (not same as sender for gauge is most cases) if fuel injected, if carburated check choke. also ensure plugs and wires are in good shape

I am looking for OBD2 connector in my Nissan Maxima 1998 2l.

It has been a while but it should be on the driver's side under the dashboard. Near the kick panel. Hope that helps, most of your chain auto parts stores will diagnose you for free if the vehicle is drivable to take it to them.

ABS Ligth On constantly on the dashboard .

sounds like a dodgy ABS sensor (change both) but while your there also check the condition of your brake pads
